Please note there is a R60 delivery charge on all Black Friday orders. Returns will also attract a R60 return charge.

After Black Friday we will revert to our normal delivery charges as below.

Any order R750 or over will be delivered direct to your door FREE of charge!

Orders under R750 will attract a R60 delivery charge.

Returns: Any shoes purchased on sale or promotion will attract a R60 return fee. Any full priced shoes under the value of R750 will attract a R60 return fee. Or simply drop it off at your nearest Step Ahead store free of charge. Once we receive the returned shoes at our head office we will refund you the amount paid (less the return fee if applicable).

We deliver to all MAJOR cities and towns in South Africa. If the delivery address is in an outlying area additional charges or arrangements may apply. Our customer care will advise before sending if this is the case.
