And even better if the shoes do not fit perfectly or you change your mind then simply pop them into the return packet which was sent with the order, phone or email our customer care, and we will arrange for them to be collected FREE of charge. Or simply drop it off at your nearest Step Ahead or Shoe Connection store. Once we receive the returned shoes at our head office we will refund you the full amount paid.

SALE or PROMOTION items will attract a delivery charge of R60 (any items returned will also attract a charge of R60 if our courier service is used). SALE or PROMOTION items can be dropped off at any of our Step Ahead or Shoe Connection stores free of charge.

We deliver to all MAJOR cities and towns in South Africa. If the delivery address is in an outlying area additional charges or arrangements may apply. Our customer care will advise before sending if this is the case.
